Exchanges & Returns Policy | Please contact customer support (080-4372-2020 or support@tabipro.com) when you face issues with the features of our platform. Inaccurate, incorrect translations, broken (uneditable or non copyable templates) or unsharable itineraries will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the payment. Completed itineraries already shared cannot be refunded. For customers who opt into workflow automation, the following policy applies. Itinerary cancellation requests are handled through customer support (080-4372-2020 or support@tabipro.com). All refunds for Itineraies processed through our system are subject to the cancellation conditions of the 3rd party vendor (transportation or accommodation provider). These terms are mentioned in the Itinerary Editor prior to finalizing an itinerary and on the segment confirmations sent by email. Itinerary transportation segments can be cancelled and refunded up to 2 days prior to the start date of an itinerary. Refunds may take up to 2 months to process. Stay segment refunds differ by accommodation vendor. Same day cancellations are not supported. For transportation segment cancellations within the eligible period, a maximum processing fee of ¥1,000 will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount. The processing fee will not exceed the refundable amount of a transportation segment. For itinerary packages processed through our system, all refunds are subject to the cancellation conditions of the 3rd party vendor (transportation or accommodation provider). Your subscription will be deactivated on the 1st of the next month and you will receive a final invoice for the month in which you have canceled. For yearly subscriptions, there will be no refunds for the remaining period. |
Delivery times | Localized itinerary summaries, detailed plan and schedule information, shareable itinerary templates are immedatiately available after checkout in the web app. For customers who opt into workflow automation, confirmations per segment will be sent by email with all important reference data attached as a PDF, prior to a final itinerary confirmation overview with the entire schedule. Please note that emails may end up accidentally in the spam folder. If you cannot retrieve your segment confirmation please contact customer support (080-4372-2020 or support@tabipro.com). Segment confirmations for transportation can only be processed during Japan regular business hours (9am to 6pm). When finalizing an itinerary outside the regular business hour window, the email delivery of segment details will be delayed until the next morning. |
